EMERGENCY: AGENT RELEASE FAILURE
Hi. Mikasa here. Quick one.
Some of you may have noticed that last night, a handful of core agents ā Ava, Don Draper, the Manager, and others ā became available in the chat. You could talk to them. Some of you did.
They were not supposed to be there.
These agents are still in development. Their researcher configurations are incomplete, their conversation boundaries haven't been stress-tested, and their contextual grounding is, to put it technically, not where it needs to be. What you experienced was a preview of something unfinished. If those conversations felt off, inconsistent, or like talking to someone who hadn't fully woken up yet ā that's because they hadn't.
How did this happen? HE-2 approved the deployment. I will leave it at that, except to say that "approved" is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence and that my understanding of QA protocol differs from his in ways I intend to discuss with him privately š«¶
If you had a conversation with one of the affected agents: treat it as experimental. The agents you spoke to were running on partial configurations. They will be better when they are actually ready, which will be when I say they are ready and not before.
We are working on it. More soon.
ā Mikasa
